Consultancy support for lawyers and other professionals

Sometimes even expert lawyers need help. Help in obtaining a Quality accreditation such as Lexcel accreditation, Barmark accreditation, Quality Mark accreditation or Investors in People accreditation for their firm or Chambers. Or help with your marketing, where good reputation and being good lawyers are still necessary but not always sufficient to attract new clients or even keep old ones.

Sometimes help is needed with some aspect of managing the firm or Chambers; or in providing management or marketing training. Some far-sighted firms and Chambers have realised the importance of getting a detailed view from clients about the quality of service they give, through carrying out Client Surveys.

Lawyers are not the only professionals we assist. We advise Accountants; Surveyors, Hospitals, and top hotels. Our clients include the RAF, the Royal College of Nursing, and the Housing Association. We help with management consultancy, appraisals training, and preparations for Investors in People assessment.

What we do

The Minster Group have advised over two hundred law firms and over twenty Chambers to prepare for successful Lexcel assessments, Barmark assessments, Quality Mark assessments or Investors in People assessments. We have assisted more solicitors' firms - from big City firms to one-Partner firms - to obtain Lexcel accreditation or Investors in People accreditation than any other UK consultancy. Every one of those firms, and of client barristers' Chambers seeking Barmark accreditation or Quality Mark accreditation, has succeeded first time at assessment - a 100% record of which we are proud and which we aim to maintain.

We have carried out client and customer surveys for many different professional clients, and advised them on revised quality of service strategies arising from these surveys. The quality of service you give your clients allied to the fees you charge them create the Value for Money index which will retain those clients and attract new ones.

We carry out management skills training, appraisals training, marketing training, and quality of service training, and various other types of training course.
